My Approach
I hear you. You're exhausted from "figuring it out" and "pushing through." Emotions have felt too big or too strong. At times, you've even felt numb or empty. You've been told you're "too much." Maybe you're at a point where you feel stuck or desire to feel heard.
It takes time to peel back the layers that have gotten us here, but it's not something you have to continue to navigate alone. As a therapist, you can expect a space that we build together; there is no one size fits all here. A space that is warm, curated, safe. I aim to serve individuals who are struggling with thoughts of self-worth or self-compassion, navigating feeling safe with themselves or others, and living in their definition of purpose.

“I remember feeling so lost/trapped within myself that I just wanted to shutdown and run away from everything. I feel that I now have to tools to be able to prioritize myself and know when and more importantly how to express I need to take a break, take a step back or say no for my best interest."
"I would have benefited from support a long time ago. I have learned how to hold space for all sides of my emotions - that it's okay to feel joy and grief, shame and curiosity."
